Alanbase is releasing twelve updates that close specific operational gaps: in-platform task management, flexible revshare payout logic, API automation, granular data filtering, and improved partner moderation. Less manual work — more control.

Task Tracker

Tasks for partners and offers previously lived in Jira, Notion, or spreadsheets — separate from the platform. Switching between systems slowed down work and created lost context.

Alanbase now has a full-featured built-in task tracker with a Kanban board. Tasks are linked directly to platform objects.

What’s available in a task

  • Title, status, assignee (one or multiple), auditor, due date, description
  • Links: offer, partner, advertiser, administrator, invoice
  • Customizable Kanban columns — any statuses, titles, colors

Result:
All operations for the affiliate program are in one system. Tasks don’t get lost, deadlines are visible, and context for each partner is preserved.

Adjusting the Displayed Payout

In the revshare model, the percentage used for internal calculations and the percentage shown to the partner often didn’t match. Previously, you had to enter a workaround value, which broke the logic and caused configuration errors.

Example
The advertiser pays the network 50% revshare. The network wants to give the partner 40%, but only the 50% value was passed without full revenue. Previously, the system required entering 80%. Now the actual percentage is used for calculations, and the displayed one is for the partner — independently.

The new “Display to Partner As” field is available in global, individual, and special conditions. Enabled via checkbox.

Result:
Calculation logic and partner-facing conditions are separated. Fewer manual recalculations and fewer errors in revshare setups.

Enriched Partner Conversion Export

After the Web ID entity appeared in statistics, data in the interface and exported reports diverged. This caused extra reconciliations and manual fixes.

The webmaster_id field is now included in the partner conversion export. Data in the UI and exports fully match.

Result:
Reconciling statistics with partners and BI systems — without discrepancies or manual edits in reports.

New API Methods

Creating administrators, advertisers, and partner postbacks was previously only possible through the interface. Automation or integration with internal services wasn’t available.

Three new methods have been added:

  • Create Admin — POST request: email, first name, last name
  • Create Advertiser — full name, email, password, status; optionally — manager_id and profile fields
  • Create Partner Postback — partner ID, postback URL, payout model, sending statuses

Result:
Routine operations are automated. Alanbase connects to internal CRMs and services without manual team actions.

Hiding the Referral Program Section

For projects where the referral mechanic is used only to a limited extent or for a portion of partners, open access to referral links was undesirable. It couldn’t be hidden before.

The new “Hide Referral Program” toggle removes the referral link from the partner’s profile and the “Referrals” item from the account menu. Administrators still see the link in the partner card.

Path: Settings → Referral Program.

Result:
A cleaner partner interface. The referral mechanic works only where it’s needed.

New Full Name Field

With a large number of accounts, identification by email becomes inconvenient: the list turns into an unreadable wall of addresses. Managers wasted time searching for the right account and made mistakes when selecting users.

Partners and advertisers now have a required Full Name field. Accounts are displayed in the interface as (id) Full Name. For existing users, the field is automatically populated from the email.

Result:
Managers find the right account faster. Fewer errors when selecting users.

Improved Date Range Filter

Date filtering is one of the most common scenarios in statistics. Previously, changing the period required several extra clicks through the filter block.

What changed

  • Date selection opens with a click on the active range — no need to enter the filters
  • Ready presets: Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow; Current week and month; Past 7/14/30 days and half a year; Last 3/7/10/15/30 days
  • Maximum statistics range increased to 185 days
  • Date field removed from the filter block — cleaner interface
  • In invoices — empty date picker by default, no dates selected

Result:
Fewer clicks to switch periods. Six-month data analysis in one action.

Filters in the Task Tracker

With a large number of tasks on the board, finding the right cards without filtering is difficult. An advanced filtering system has been added.

Available filters:

  • Creation and completion dates (range via date picker)
  • Creator, assignee, auditor
  • Partner, offer, product
  • Partner manager and advertiser manager

Example: A manager can instantly display all open tasks for a specific partner — or tasks closed during a needed period.

Result:
Focus on the right tasks without manual scrolling. Bulk actions apply only to the filtered selection.

Filters in Sent Postback Logs

When troubleshooting postbacks, you previously had to browse the entire event log. Finding records for a specific partner or offer was only possible manually.

Logs now support filtering with multi-select by partner, offer, and advertiser.

Example: A partner reports missing conversions on several offers — you select the partner and needed offers and instantly see all related records and postback sending statuses.

Result:
Postback diagnostics in minutes instead of hours. Less time spent on support and incident resolution.

Additional Question During Partner Moderation

When there’s a high volume of registration requests, moderation through additional profile fields doesn’t scale: the required data is mixed together, managers read everything, and account decisions are delayed.

Administrators can now set one mandatory question directly on the registration page. The partner cannot complete registration without answering it. The answer is saved in a separate field in the card — not among other profile data.

How to enable:

  • Settings → User Registration
  • Activate the “Additional Question for Moderation” toggle
  • Enter the question text

Result:
Partner qualification happens before approval, not after. Key data is immediately in the card, without searching through the profile.

Deep Analytics: Up to 5 Grouping Levels and WebID Filter

Previously, traffic analytics was limited to three levels of nesting, and there was no filtering by specific webmaster at all. With many partners and sources, this created blind spots.

Two new tools:

  • Up to 5 grouping levels in overall statistics. You can now break down traffic by five parameters at once — find inefficient combinations and optimize campaigns precisely without exporting to third-party tools.
  • WebID filter in overall statistics and cohort analysis. Quickly isolate data for a specific webmaster — without manual filtering and sorting tables.

Path: Statistics → Overall → select table → configure groupings → Apply.
WebID filter: Statistics → Overall → Filters → WebID → Apply.

Result:
Deep traffic analysis without nesting limits. Account managers gain faster control over traffic quality for each partner.

Export Partner List to XLSX

The partner list was previously exported only as CSV. Before working with the data, the file always had to be manually adjusted — an extra step that slowed down analytics.

Export is now available directly in XLSX format. The file opens without additional processing.

Path: Users → Partners → Export → select XLSX.

Result:
Data is ready to use immediately after export. No intermediate steps.

Summary

All twelve updates follow one clear direction: the entire affiliate program can be managed within a single system. Task setting, traffic analytics up to five levels, revshare logic, partner moderation, exports, and API automation — everything is where the team works. No Jira, no Excel, no manual CSV reconciliation, and no dozens of open tabs.

For the business, this means one thing: the program grows faster than the load on the team. New partners, offers, and traffic volumes don’t require proportionally more manual work and new people — the system maintains control at scale. This is exactly why Alanbase pays for itself not just with features, but with the team’s saved time and decisions made on accurate data.
