Alanbase continues to improve the platform for affiliate program management and performance marketing. This time, we focused on features that help teams gain better control over payouts, analyze traffic more deeply, and build more transparent internal workflows.

Fixed Payouts

One of the most anticipated updates is the support for fixed payouts directly inside the platform.

Previously, teams working with fix fee and prepay models had to use APIs or manually track such conversions separately from CPA models. This complicated analytics and financial control.

Now fixed payouts can be created directly inside the Alanbase interface.

What changed

  • Creating fixed payout conversions without API;
  • Separate accounting for fixed payouts;
  • Displaying fixed payouts in the main statistics section.

How to set it up

Go to:

Statistics → Conversions → Import → Add Fixed Payout

After that, you can specify:

  • partner;
  • offer;
  • date;
  • revenue;
  • payout;
  • conversion status.

Result: performance marketing, direct placements, and fixed integrations can now be managed inside a single system — without spreadsheets or manual work.

New Statistics Filters

As traffic volumes grow, standard filtering becomes insufficient. That’s why we expanded the platform’s analytics capabilities.

New filters available in the system

  • Referral link filter;
  • Partner payout amount filter.

This is especially useful when you need to

  • Quickly analyze a specific traffic combination;
  • Find only paid conversions;
  • Analyze the performance of individual referral links.

How it works

Inside conversion and event statistics, simply open the filters and select the required referral link or payout condition.

Result: teams can identify profitable traffic sources faster and make decisions based on precise data instead of “average performance”.

New Partner Postback Macro

We added a new {useragent} macro to the global partner postback.

Previously, partners could not receive the user’s user-agent directly, which meant part of the analytics and anti-fraud data was missing.

Now the user-agent can be passed directly in the postback.

What this gives you

  • Device and browser analysis;
  • More accurate campaign optimization;
  • Additional anti-fraud signals;
  • Deeper traffic quality analysis.

How to connect it

Simply add the {useragent} macro to the partner postback URL parameters.

Result: partners receive more data for optimization, while teams gain more transparency into traffic quality.

Comments Inside the Partner Card

Another update designed to simplify daily operations is comments inside the partner card.

Previously, agreements, important notes, and communication history were often stored in Telegram, spreadsheets, or CRMs, which complicated workflows and led to context loss.

Now the entire communication history can be stored directly inside the platform.

What you can do

  • Record changes in conditions;
  • Save important notes;
  • Maintain partner interaction history;
  • Quickly understand the context of any account.

Comments are available to all administrators with access to the partner.

Result: less communication chaos, faster employee onboarding, and more transparent teamwork.

Administrator Access for Main Statistics Schemes

We also added the ability to restrict access to additional statistics tables.

Previously, all administrators automatically had access to every statistics table, which became inconvenient for larger teams with separated responsibilities.

Now you can assign specific administrators to each statistics scheme.

This allows you to

  • Restrict access to sensitive data;
  • Separate analytics between departments;
  • Manage internal permissions more flexibly;
  • Build a more secure data workflow.

How to set it up

Go to:

Statistics → General → Table Selection → Settings → Administrators

After that, the table will only be available to selected administrators.

Result: every team sees only the data relevant to their responsibilities.

Conclusion

All of these updates are focused on one goal — giving teams more control while reducing manual routine.

Fixed payouts, flexible analytics, extended postback data, transparent partner management, and access control help affiliate programs scale faster and operate more efficiently.
